Thanks. A follow up question if I might. Do you primarily use those tires for straight line traction (e.g. drag strip), or do you also use them for running the twisties? I'm considering new tires and my primary use is twisty mountain roads and spirited local driving.

Yepper. Drove it home to VA from SC, swapped out the fuel injectors and I’m loving driving it. Got some new wheels - Gotti 17”. It had the 16” factory on BaT. Seemed some of the comments didn’t like the Greenwood, but I like it.

Awesome! Congrats to you, sir. I was SO close to bidding on that. Yes, seems there was a love / hate thing with the Greenwood, but I thought it was killer. Something different and unique.

Was it as clean in person as the BaT ad and videos indicated?

Hello!

I’m new to the Callaway Owners Group. I had the honor and privilege of becoming the next caretaker of C12 #17. It is in the same condition as delivered, and shows only 2,368 miles on the odometer. It is snow pearl with pagoda/pebble interior. I have lusted after these cars since they were first produced, and look forward to sharing this magnificent work of automotive engineering and excellence with others! I look forward to learning more from other C12 owners about this particular model regarding their ownership experience with maintenance, quirks, replacement parts, etc.

90-024 was on stands to allow me to put a more robust clutch slave cylinder in. I replaced the steel one with a cast part that easier to bleed.
20190724_182806.jpg
The angle of the valve on the new part is easier to get to and does not rub on the tunnel. The lower part is what replaced the original on top.

So while i waited for parts, the cleaning started.
I definitely used antiseize after working hard to loosen lugs and wheels.
