Callaway made so many beautiful cars that I wanted to see but the pictures in the older posts are no longer working. There was a car I heard about that was originally admiral blue but painted orange by Callaway. I was looking for cars that were recognized and was hoping they were online somewhere.

Thanks, Big John. That is Dennis' Atomic Z 396. I heard there was another orange (different shade) CR-1 that was originally painted admiral blue from the factory.

I think you are thinking about Skip's CR-1, which has the leather interior, including leather v. carpet. It's copper, like a penny, over a dark bronze, and is 2-tone.

Did you just buy your car from FL?

That is the car I was thinking about Chris. Are there any pictures of the car? I'm sure it must have been selected as one of the Callaway of the Month cars.
