Good Morning,
I have a 1988 black hardtop CTTC with saddle interior and was wondering if there are any resources or a quick list on the forum that could tell me how many of each exterior color were produced in 1988 of the 105 cars built. Further more, that combine with interior combinations would be cool too!
Thanks,
SSpeed

Re: C4 CTTC color combinations
Some owners and enthusiasts are joining forces of gathering the information they collected over the years from cars that were for sale on ebay , craigslist etcetera
This contains things like Year , Coupe or Convertible, exterior color and interior color and plaque number.
Maybe this could become a wiki part of the forum in the future.
Meanwhile you can always look up production numbers in the Corvette Black Book.

The numbers are not for release that I have seen. I do know the saddle interior is going to make your car VERY rare, and probably less than a 1/2 dozen in your configuration.

@89x2
Please correct me if I am wrong but there were 125 built for the 1988 model year but only 105 were direct order with the B2K option rather than a post customer delivery conversion.
Is that correct?
Thanks

Re: C4 CTTC color combinations
105 Corvettes in 1988 had RPO B2K. Not all were converted to Twin Turbo specs.
125 cars were converted. That said, most of the "Direct Conversion" cars were not done "post customer delivery", as many of the cars were sent from dealer stock, prior to retail delivery. Only a very few of the Direct Conversion cars were done after the sale.
It's important to note, a "Direct Conversion" car is identical in all ways to an RPO B2K car, with only a slight few as an exception. The case of #185-188 in 1987 and then car #69 in 1989, they have slight variances vs. others in their model years.
Having studied Callaway Corvettes for 34 years, I have seen the nuances and also what was what. Cool stuff, all of it. Hope this helps.
