Hey, no fair. I tried to talk Corvette Mike into selling me that Speedster sign when I had my Speedster but he wouldn't even throw me a price.

I have a set of twin turbo exhaust manifolds that were used on the Dyno at Callaway

In my collection of Callaway stuff, I've got many treasures. Some cool stuff like original AeroBody lenses which Callaway4fun rescued, as the guy was using them for paint mixing trays. We've got the bucks used to make the lenses, also.

A set of cast manifolds from the twin turbo era, the Dymag end tables, obscure spare parts, and more.

But the most prized thing which I have after over three decades of collecting Callaway stuff? The friendships I've made over the years. Most of my very best friends have come from owning Callaway vehicles, and sharing the interest and camaraderie which came about from this hobby.

Don’t you have a certain intake?

Yes I do have a 100 plus that I had searched for over 10 years . But the headers were used on Callaways dyno so just think how many cars motors were used with this set.

How did the nose come to be changed on the Sledgehammer? Was it just the bumper cover or the hood too?

Just the bumper. There were a couple of design revisions for the production piece.

The “Callaway” sign that hung over the team’s 24 hours of LeMans garage when they raced the C12R there in 2001.
Will find the pic and post it in a couple days.

I scored a 88 Callaway Twin Turbo Corvette brochure on EBay. There are more if any other 88 owners wanted one.
