What’s this? A Callaway SportTruck based on the GM T1 platform? Yep- we are launching the new platform with a “Signature Edition” limited to 100 Silverado 1500’s. Reservations accepted now.
Featuring the newest #Eaton TVS R2650 rotor pack, the new #supercharger is 15% larger displacement than the previous 2300cc unit, while requiring 18% less power input. The unit is flanked by matte carbon fiber mid covers to conceal coil packs and wiring/plumbing and also suppress valvetrain noise.
A new carbon fiber grille bar allows more airflow to the cooling stack, which helps keep intake charge temps low and consistent.
A new cat-back #stainlessteel exhaust system featuring quad tips provides ample flow for the newfound power, and gives an authoritative acoustic signature without droning resonance inside the cabin. The truck is 50-state emissions compliant and carries Callaway and GM warranties.
Interior accoutrement includes an #alcantara covered steering wheel airbag/horn cover, hard-anodized aluminum door sill panels and billet pedal covers as well as a signature-build placard.
Wheel, tire and suspension packages will also be offered. More details to be announced shortly.
