Re: Callaway Chris in the Hospital
Chris is still in the hospital. Just changed rooms and nurse snuck in some ice cream. They are working on his medications to try and reduce his pain. He is still really hurting.

Re: Callaway Chris in the Hospital
He got a full plate of regular food this morning. Told me he was going to try and eat the whole thing...he's hungry and still hurting badly.
Will see how it went on the next update.

Re: Callaway Chris in the Hospital
Shall we post something on the Facebook COG about the accident and recovery?
Maybe people want to come overhere and leave a get well message?

Re: Callaway Chris in the Hospital
Im not sure I would. His personal facebook page is chronicling the event as well as this thread. Id say anyone that knows him well enough to care is likely already in the know.Jeroenvgfn wrote: ↑Mon Mar 08, 2021 11:29 am Shall we post something on the Facebook COG about the accident and recovery?

Long time lurker, first time "offcial member". I havent had the history that everyone here has as a callaway car owners.... But, after reading through the forum from its inception I cant help but notice the involvement and passion Chris has had for these cars and the friend ships he has gained as a result. Hang in there Chris, I hope to meet you soon!

Re: Callaway Chris in the Hospital
My gratitude is off the charts. Thank you much for those who posted, many whom I haven't even yet met - yet.
Today I am home, glad to be out of the trauma center.
My message for the day (maybe the year) is to cherish what you have, and surround yourself with only what's positive and important. Nothing, and I mean nothing else matters in the end.
Thank you again for the outpouring of support in this thread.
