Found out about this on Autoblog, dated November 25th.
In a press release about the production of the Buick Regal, also slated for Oshawa, it also had the following to say regarding the Camaro:

A convertible is definitely coming out. It'll probably be a 2011 model available late next year.

Looks like the Camaro convertible can be ordered in October. I've also heard the car will be in dealer showrooms by the first part of 2011.

Any other rumors confirmed?

Wow, looks like this is for real. Pilot Camaro Convertibles have been built and the orders are still looking good to begin in October (in time for my Birthday!)
