One of my intercooler seal was rotted, when I examined them I found out that they were just trunk/door seals that had been modified...not sure if thats true of the originals.....but thats what was in my car. You can find these in any auto parts store...these are the clip or slip on style.....not the tape.

Re: intercooler seals
My ‘89 B2K needs the hood/intercooler seals replaced. Anyone know the exact type of seal used for the underside of the hood for the hood duct to intercooler seal? There seems to be similar ones on eBay made from EDPM but (I may be wrong) the originals seem more like a solid rubber without a steel insert. They’re “clipped” onto the hood with what looks like a semi rigid vinyl glass edging? I don’t seem to see a listing for a part on the Callaway website...I do see “bellows”.
Thanks! Mike

Re: intercooler seals
I think Callaway4Fun bought a set for his 1989, so they should still be available directly from Callaway Cars
Maybe call Wayne in Parts @ 860 434 9002?

Re: intercooler seals
I see the bellows are listed as a “replacement” item. My car is pretty low mileage and it has what appears to be an aftermarket type trunk/door seal. It’s about a 3/4 in round tube with a flattened “C” type clip. But I will call Callaway. Thanks!
