SC606 Double D exhaust altenatives? Billy Boat, Corsa, Borla?

Post by Fletch »

I'm finding that I want more noise/grunt from my Double D exhaust on my SC606. As such, I'm considering replacing the Double D with a different axle-back option (e.g. BB, Corsa or Borla). Anyone have any experience doing this and/or recommendations on this front? Thx.

If you’re going to swap, get Corsa...no question.

Thanks. Callaway claims the Double D is a high flow system. I’m not sure how/if just simply an axle back alternative impacts that. I can’t find any flow rate info anywhere for the Double D or Corsa, Borla, Billy Boat, etc..

You will not see any performance increase, it’s simply for sound.

I personally would not switch but it’s just a matter of personal preference

Thanks. I'm not looking for any performance increase, just trying to understand if switching would negatively impact performance.

I haven't decided yet if I am going to switch -- still thinking about it. :thumbs

There won’t be any noticeable degradation in performance.
