Is there any way I can get a deeper sound from the ouble D exhaust system without effecting the integerity or performance?

Here's a thread that touches on your question a bit. I haven't read anywhere where anyone has modified their Double D system to get more noise. I think most would not recommend that route anyhow. If you want to go down that route, I think most would recommend an aftermarket axle-back exhaust (Corsa seems to be the front runner) and preserve your Double D exhaust.

Let us know which route you go. I literally just put on some used Borla ATAK axle backs.
