Build sheets and window stickers

Post by MauriceCSmith »

Can anyone tell me if the documentation available fron the Corvette Museum covers our cars or are they a different animal? I don't have any of the original docs for my 88 and thought it would be nice to have a set.

Hi Maurice, and welcome to the Callaway Forum. Yes, the window stickers and build sheets for Callaways can be ordered from the Museum. If your car was ordered with the B2K Twin Turbo option from the factory, you should be aware that this option will not appear on the window sticker. Instead, the indication on the window sticker that it is a B2K car is the 'Deliver to dealer at: Old Lyme CT' at the bottom left (regardless of the actual dealer name/location). The build sheet should show a 'Z5G Callaway Cnvr', as well as the 'ship to' will show Callaway Engineering in Old Lyme for the B2K cars. Of course, if your car was a direct conversion by Callaway, none of these indications will appear on the documents (although rest assured, it is equipped exactly the same way).

I recently ran into an unusual problem ordering the docs from the museum for my '91. The thread is located here, if you are interested:
