I am in the hunt and have found a 2012 Corvette SC606 Centennial Edition Grandsport 6 speed manual that I am really interested in to replace my 2003 Z06. I would appreciate any and all insights or things to look for when doing due diligence pre-purchase inspections. I love my Z06, but after overcoming a form of paralysis I want to reward myself with something very special. Thank you and I plan to continue being involved in the Az. region as I am also a member of Fast Glass Corvette Club.

Much appreciated to all. I am finalizing the deal this week. Kind of sad though as I had my 03 Z06 inspected by a 3rd party inspector and they commented on how clean and well maintained she was. Heck my brake fluid and clutch fluid were amber and in my opinion dirty. I am looking forward to spending some time working on the 2012 to swap out all the fluids to my liking while I have the nice Az. winter to do so.

Sweet ride! Congrats! I think I saw that one online when I was looking around. Was that for sale at a small dealer in Ohio?Bmakaz wrote: ↑Sun Dec 30, 2018 2:23 pm Much appreciated to all. Bmakaz, I replied to your PM, I think. Please let me know if you got it. My PM reply to you is showing in my Outbox but not my Sent box, so I'm not sure it has actually been sent to you.

Hi everyone - just purchased my first Callaway - an 87 Convertible. Been reading through some of the posts. Pretty incredible all the information here - a little overwhelming. Anyway, it's the 6th C4 I've owned, and I also currently have a 94 base model convertible. I've been reading up on different mods to improve performance and ran across the TheSmokingTire video of Aaron's car - made me think - what could I be doing to my car to get performance like that with a more usable and comfortable driving experience? 500HP sounds fun too! Great forum - look forward to digging into it! Newbie advice welcome.

Forum noob here...longtime C4 fan as I've owned 3 previously but now working on purchasing the 4th, which would be my first B2K. Great to see a virtual home for such an iconic brand, and am damned happy to be here.

I have a deposit on a C8 at Kerbeck and my intent is to have it drop-shipped to our friends at Callaway once it is ready. If it isn't too snowy when it is finished, I'll be rolling around Boise late this winter!

Thanks Chris! As Cones already answered, 88-#48...taking a bit of time to be the next caretaker, but I think it'll certainly worth the wait.
