Found this on eBay. Anyone ever seen this car? Was this a Callaway build or did someone install the Aerobody Kit?

Callaway didn’t do the interior or wheels that I feel like they did the rest of the car. I remember seeing it in a magazine years ago.

Callaway did engine and body. Or at least contracted the install of body.

It’s not a Grand Sport though. It is a SNAT450

That interior is junk. I’m pretty sure I know who did it, as it’s like every other fake interior they ripped the Callaway name to do.

Why owners do this crap and cheapen the brand, I’ll never know. But what crap. A steaming pile.
Stitches look awful and crooked.

Here's the listing in Hemmings. What complete embellishment. A complete steaming pile of bullcrap.

VIN #: 1G1YY3253T5101880
VIN #: 1G1YY3253T5101880
Mileage: 10,418
Condition: Excellent
Exterior: Arctic White

Seller’s Description:
In the late '80s and early '90s, few sports cars were more feared than Callaway Corvettes. Closely tied to GM's factory operations, Callaway's hotted up versions of the fourth-generation Vette helped firmly establish the Corvette brand as a global tour de force. In 1996, one enthusiast had the fantastic idea of combining Chevrolet's fresh LT4 with a Callaway-tweaked suspension, custom Callaway Grand Sport aesthetics and 450 horsepower worth of Callaway SuperNatural mechanicals. That creation, officially dubbed the Callaway GS SuperNatural, continued the firm's legacy of blending superb performance with proven reliability and unbeatable exclusivity. Today, this stunning GS SuperNatural, a fully documented, 11K mile custom that's been featured in multiple publications, is a unique and equally awesome classic that'll hold its own at both the show and the stoplight!

IT LOOKS FAST, BECAUSE IT IS FAST

Glowing a mere 10,418 miles from its bright digital odometer, this razor-sharp Chevy is a one-owner garage queen that's assembly line perfect in virtually every way. Crisp Artic White two-stage is a glossy and vivid testament to serious motorsports pedigree, especially when garnished with a black Grand Sport stripe and red Grand Sport hash marks. Clean reflections dance across a lightweight body that displays precise fit and excellent finish under ancillary hardware that functions well and seals great. And when that level of quality is combined with Callaway's world class performance, it creates one seriously capable sports car that'll show with the finest classics and absolutely blister the road!

The C4 Grand Sport is easily one of the most popular collector Corvettes ever produced. This even more exclusive GS SuperNatural began life as a highly optioned LT4 convertible that was sold through Atlantic City, New Jersey's Kerbeck Chevrolet. And, gradually, the car was methodically upgraded to become the high speed, low-slung beast you see in our high-definition photography. Delightfully analog angles begin with flowthrough Callaway cross-flags that, like this Chevy's modified lighting and front cooling ducts, are stamped into an extended Callaway Aero Body nose-clip. Speaking of aero, wind slips up a Callaway-branded hood to factory-fresh glass that's wrapped in your choice of either tight cloth or body-matched fiberglass. ''GRAND SPORT'' branded fenders, vented in traditional Callaway Aero Body fashion, lead painted mirrors, polished door handles and massaged rockers. And at the back of the car, an extended Callaway Aero Body valance centers flush taillights and a Callaway-branded fuel door between traditional Callaway quarter louvers.

SUPERNATURAL STROKER

The cool thing about Callaway's SuperNatural Package is that it combines proven, age-old hot rodding techniques with GM's buttery smooth LT4 to create a super car that's both formidable and easygoing. Instead of the sometimes temperamental blowers found on the firm's RPO Twin Turbo offering, the SuperNatural Package simply bores, strokes and rebuilds GM's innately good small block to twist a solid 450 horsepower into 450 lb./ft. of shoulder-slamming torque. Behind that red-trimmed 383, a tough ZF 6-speed spins a limited-slip differential around stout, 3.45 gears. The car's multi-link suspension, finished with factory traction control, sits low and mean thanks to a full Callaway coil-over upgrade. Turns are easy thanks to factory power rack-and-pinion steering. Stops are provided by requisite 4-wheel power disc brakes, which wrap muted GM calipers around a quartet of drilled rotors. At the sides of that stellar drivetrain, Callaway's SuperNatural exhaust weaves fire-breathing power into a symphony of octane-fueled roars. And on the outside of those binders, powder-coated CCWs spin 275/30ZR19 Hankook Ventus V12s in front of 305/30ZR19 Hankook Ventus V12s.

MORE CUSTOM THAN CUSTOM

Like its body, this C4's clean cockpit is pretty much one of a kind. Professionally massaged by Hicksville, New York's AutoMat Customizing and Restoration, the plush environment kicks off with six-way power buckets that are stitched in a stylish combination of tight Connolly Leather and soft Alcantara Ultrasuede. A soft steering wheel laps a conservative dash that plants alluring Callaway brandings in acres of custom ultrasuede. Thick Dynamat insulation backs clean carpet, which floats Callaway-branded mats between a stiff roll bar, customized side panels and customized pillars that feature Callaway-installed accessory gauges. At the center of the car, factory climate control joins optional Delco/Bose audio to shade a factory shifter that's capped with a Callaway-installed knob. And factory conveniences are as expected, with power windows, power door locks and heated, power-operated mirrors complementing Cruise Control and Remote Keyless Entry.

With impressive power, classic good looks and a full roster of desirable options, there's no question this exclusive Callaway is both collectable and appealing. It's fast, it's cooler than pretty much anything on the road and, perhaps best of all, it's easy to live with. If you're looking for a sweet car that you can enjoy every chance you get, grab this unique C4 and transform your commute from a bore to an absolute blast!

This reminds me of when someone sent 1993 ruby red Convertible to Callaway Cars for SN 400 and Aerobody. Anyway when it arrived at the shop it had a ZR-1 emblem on it’s rear bumper.

I can't believe any shop can get away with work like this. Haven't they ever heard of a straight edge? Or maybe at least make all the letters the same size? :wtf

Thankfully the listing says the interior was not done by Callaway.

Wow, the embroidery is really bad. I guess I missed the comment that the interior was not done by Callaway.
