Hey guys,
First time on, have a 2013GS Callaway, purchase in fall of 2019, great car!!! Using more this year and have a problem of running hot. On a 90 degree day will run 200-210, slow down, 20-40 around some hills etc will get up to 230-240. That's a little to hot for me!
GS so have the LS3, dry sump engine with coolers, engine, trans, etc, A/C condenser then with the Callaway cooler added up front, so not much air moving at slow speeds. Yes, everything is clean. Any idea's on what will help?? Distilled water, waterless coolant, Dewitt radiator with dual fans??
How about the rubber flap under the front, below the radiator, take that off, or add some type of screen?
Just looking for any ideas to help improve coolant temp.
Thanks

Re: Overheating 2013GS
I remember fitting the Ron Davis Radiator to the 2010 Dry Sump car I racked up miles on... No issues in my time, but after a couple hundred thousand miles, I understand the radiator was replaced with another, perhaps from DeWitt. Much better warranty. Hope this helps, and that others might be able to share experiences.

If you haven’t put in a 160 stat you should do that. The thermostat may not be working properly.
Good luck.
