There are so many Callaway’s built after the 1989 cars!
The twin turbo ZR-1’s!
The 585 hp 550 cars!
The supercharged 606 to 757 hp cars!
Is there anyone that has made a run above 200 miles per hour?
Who knows!

The Callaway C12R was the race version of its C12 street car built on a Corvette chassis.
The car below did 193 MPH on the Mulsanne Straight at LeMans,

Any other Callaway top speed comparisons out there?

I mean...I know a guy who took an 88 b2k to ~172 but that was nowhere near the top speed according to him.

:beer that guy is my hero. :thumbs (wink wink)
That’s faster than I’ve ever gone in a Callaway.
Best for me was ~165 mph down the Daytona Speedway straightway in a C7 GT3-R

Who else has run a Callaway fast on a street or strip?

In the YouTube movie “The Gathering of Eagles 1987”a stock looking Callaway did 194mph with a GTO body kit with the duck bill spoiler removed. Then with a modified front air dam, a mean sounding Callaway when 231.1mph to best all of the cars there! Good stuff!
