Checked my fuel injectors today and I have one that is showing resistance of 25ohms cold, even higher warm. The others are all registering where I would expect. Is this a problem? I know low resistance is an issue, but have never dealt with high and can’t find any info.
Thanks

Re: High Fuel Injector Resistance
The factory fuel injectors fail with the ethanol that is in today’s gas. I have and others here have changed to FIC fuel injectors.

Re: High Fuel Injector Resistance
That high of a reading is going to cause the injector to not function properly and cause idle issues
The high reading won’t be like the low reading where the car won’t start. In this case, it will start and then have poor drivability.
If you have not replaced all of your injectors already, you should look at doing so.
FIC sells a really nice Delphi injector. I have used it on every L 98 that I have worked on with great success. I hope this helps.
